International students are allowed to work part-time during semesters and full-time during scheduled breaks, enabling them to gain practical work experience while supporting their studies. After completing their studies, graduates may apply for a Post-Study Work (PSW) visa for up to 3 years, allowing them to gain professional experience and potentially qualify for further residency pathways. New Zealand provides several options for international students to transition toward permanent residency and contribute to the country’s development.

Intakes & Requirements:

Intakes: February, April, July, October.

Test Requirements:

Undergraduate:
PTE Overall 50 (no band less than 42).
TOEFL iBT Overall 80 (no band less than 19).
IELTS Overall 6.0 (no band less than 5.5).

Masters:
PTE Overall 58 (no band less than 50).
TOEFL iBT Overall 90 (no band less than 20).
IELTS Overall 6.5 (no band less than 6.0).

Fundings & Procedures for New Zealand:

Fundings:
Tuition fee for 1 year plus minimum maintenance funds required in the FTS savings account:
NZD 20,000 per year, or NZD 17,000 per year if studying in compulsory education (for students aged 6 to 16 years).

Procedures:
Application – Offer letter – AIP (Approval in Principle) – Tuition fee payment – Medical examination – Documentation submission – Visa application through online portal – Visa decision.
